We are pleased to inform you that starting on October 1, 2024, we will be transitioning to our new ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365FO. This change reflects our commitment to growth and will provide us with a more robust platform to continue strengthening our business relationship with you.
The migration to the new system will involve several key updates such as changes in product codes, item descriptions, and documents’ formats, among others. We will be sharing more details about these updates in the coming days.
We understand that during the transition, there may be delays in order processing, shipments, and tracking of products in transit. We are taking all necessary measures to minimize any impact and ensure that the quality of our service remains unaffected.
To help facilitate this process, we recommend scheduling your orders in advance, avoiding dates close to the end and beginning of the month. Please note that our last deliveries and invoicing will take place on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, with operations resuming on Friday, October 4, 2024. The implementation of this system does not entail changes in our bank accounts, so payments to be conducted under our relationship will continue to be made to and from the accounts used to date, notifying the transfer from
